We regret to report that we recently lost one of our own. Khan (Kan) Bonfils tragically collapsed and died during a rehearsal of an upcoming theater production of Dante's Inferno in London. The British actor, whom has had numerous roles in films such as Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle Of Life(2003), Batman Begins(2005) and Skyfall(2012), is best know to Star Wars fans as portraying Jedi Master Saesee Tiin Episode I: The Phantom Menace. Although other actors subsequently took on the role in Attack Of The Clones and Revenge Of The Sith, Khan Bonfils was the first actor to play the character, thus cementing his place in Star Wars history. On behalf of all us at The Star Wars Underworld, we thank Mr. Bonfils for his contributions to the Saga and extend our most sincere condolences to his family and friends.
