UPDATE: Sadly, it's not happening. Screen Crush reached out to Netflix, who clarified that the listings were left over from their DVD days and that they have no news regarding the Star Wars films being added to their streaming library.

Disney made a huge splash earlier this year when they released the six current Star Wars films digitally earlier this year. And while there were many platforms represented, there was one that was conspicuous by its absence, Netflix. That seems to be on the verge of changing. Exstreamist discovered this week that there are pages for the Star Wars films that already exist with the details about the films, though you still can't stream them. The pages look like this,

If true, this would be very exciting and a great way for people who either want to get caught up on Star Wars before The Force Awakens hits this December and/or for people who get come out of seeing The Force Awakens and are so excited by it they want to watch the old movies (again, or for the first time).
Netflix first endeared themselves to Star Wars fans when they served as the home for the sixth and final season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Netflix and Disney also have an extensive relationship which expands to original content under the Marvel banner. There have been rumors that Netflix would be getting an original Star Wars series (or three!) and having the six films available for streaming may be another step in that direction.
As always this is just a rumor until confirmed or denied by Lucasfilm, Disney, or Netflix.
