One character from Star Wars: The Force Awakens who has already made a major impact on fans, despite limited screen time in the trailers and TV spots is Captain Phasma. Already being called the Boba Fett of the sequel trilogy, Phasma is the Chrome-armor clad First Order stormtrooper captain played in the film by Gwendoline Chirstie (Game of Thrones). Among the many people the character had an impact on was designer Giles Deacon, who was inspired to make a Captain Phasma-themed gown. Vanity Fair released a new video and slideshow today from a photo shoot of Gwendoline Christie in the Phasma gown (complete with Phasma's blaster). Check it out below,

Christie and Deacon |
I think it's really cool to see the design of the new films inspiring people like Deacon to create unique works of art like this. It's also really cool that they were able to get Christie to take part in the shoot.
