Ever since Star Wars first graced the silver screen back in 1977 fans have been looking for ways to bring the film home with them. Back then, t-shirts, posters, and action figures were the best stuff available, but now Lucasfilm is taking it to the next level. Today, the company announced their new 'Star Wars Collectibles: Ultimate Studio Edition' line of prop replicas. The props are built by Propshop, who worked on the props that were used on screen in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. This new line of props is very expensive, but very high quality. Lucasfilm also released a video of the team from Propshop discussing the process of creating these collectibles. Check it out below,
The first collectibles available in the line are,
- Darth Vader Helmet (Melted) for $3,500.00
- FN-2187 Stormtrooper Helmet for $1,7500.00
- Kylo Ren Helmet for $2,000.00
- Poe Dameron X-Wing Helmet for $1,500.00
- Chewbacca Bowcast for $2,500.00
- Kylo Ren Lightsaber Hilt for $1,250.00
- Rey Lightsaber Hilt for $1,250.00
- Rey Staff for $1,250.00
